Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

A: Shopping with www.missybriscoe.com is completely safe. We use the latest in online security technology to ensure all transactions are securely processed.

Q: Is it safe to use my debit card online?

A: Yes. If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.

Q: What is the status of my order?

A: Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed; you can feel free to contact us at; info@missybriscoe.com for updates on your order’s shipping status, or click “Order Status” on this website.

Q: Can I return my Missy Briscoe Designs purchase?

A: Missy Briscoe Designs wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept a return of an unworn item for store credit or exchange within 14 business days of the receipt of purchase. Returned items should be in the original condition as when it was received (including tags). Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different design (or for an item of the same value), please contact customerservice@missybriscoe.com within 14 days of purchase, to confirm we have your preferred item and size in stock. Items returned for exchange should be in the original condition as when it was received (including tags). Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns for exchange. Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?

A: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within (7) business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within (7) business days. Orders placed on Friday after 1PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to the UK, Europe, Puerto Rico, Canada and all out-of-the-US countries.

Q: Can I get my order gift wrapped? With a gift card?

A: Yes, we’d love to gift wrap your Missy Briscoe Designs package. All you have to do is select “gift wrap” in the item select drop down menu within all Missy Briscoe Designs product pages on this website. The cost to have our Customer Service team wrap package is $4.95. Gift card greetings will be entered by the customer in your “notes” section at the time of checkout.

Q: Can I expedite my shipping?

A: Absolutely! Expedited shipping options are available and detailed when you check out. Expedited orders placed before 1PM EST on a business day will be shipped out according to the rate at which you have chosen to have your purchase expedited. Missy Briscoe Designs does not offer Saturday delivery at this time. For special requests or questions about rush shipping, please contact us at; info@missybriscoe.com. We are not responsible for any shipment after it leaves the US and customer agrees all duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer.

Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for shipments to PO box addresses.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We currently accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express for all orders.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Of course we do! We ship all our Missy Briscoe Designs packages domestically, as well as internationally.
